Where to find your Order Number or Customer Number

If you subscribed via the website but have not yet received your first issue, your order number is found in the order confirmation email sent to you after you subscribed.

If you subscribed and are receiving your issues:

UK or Worldwide subscribers

Your 6 digit customer number is above your name on the address slip.

Your 16-character customer number is between the ‘#’ marks, above your name on the address slip.

Your 15- or 16-character customer number is above your name on the address slip.
