If you are receiving issues:

UK or Worldwide subscribers

Your 6 digit customer number is above your name on the address slip.

USA subscribers

Your 15- or 16-character customer number is between the ‘#’ marks, above your name on the address slip.

Canada subscribers

Your 15- or 16-character customer number is above your name on the address slip.
View an example »

If you subscribed via the website but have not yet received your first issue, you can enter the order number from your subscription confirmation email in place of your customer number.
