Wayland Kennet

Wayland Kennet is the SDP spokesman on foreign affairs and defence in the House of Lords. He founded and edited the international quarterly Disarmament and Arms Control. An article published in Encounter in 1957 gave early warning of the potential damage from nuclear test fall-out.
