Charles Simic’s collections include Hotel Insomnia, Jackstraws and The Monster Loves His Labyrinth: Notebooks, parts of which first appeared in the London Review. He was the US poet laureate 2007-2008. His most recent collection is That Little Something. Three new books will come out this year.

From Editors, ‘London Review’

In the LRB of 19 June we published two poems, ‘The Source’ and ‘In the Afternoon’, which we attributed to Jean Sprackland. She is indeed the author of ‘The Source’, but the author of ‘In the Afternoon’ is Charles Simic. We would like to apologise to both of them.
