I wondered why it hadn't been released in the UK yet, but pretty soon she was just as ubiquitous here. Her songs are very good and I love her commitment to looking as ridiculous as possible at all times. Pop really needs someone like her now that Madonna has turned into a joyless Timbaland-courting pilates-bot and Britney (who only had one good song ever anyway) has burnt out. In the latest video, I though she killed the man at the end with her breast-mounted flame throwers? She seems to have a thing about killing her men in pop videos - in Paparazzi she also poisons sexy Alexander Skarsgard (while dressed as a Minny Mouse geisha) after he threw her off a balcony, thus forcing her to dance around in crutches in a Maria-from-Metropolis style body cast.
