Why do you seem to be so hot under the collar about what was just another radio talk show? Surely, most people will realise what a wally the man is and carefully avoid having anything to do with the BNP.

Yes – I suspect all you can reall achieve with the “when did you stop being a Nazi?” approach is to restrict their target market slightly, from “white right-wingers who want to cast a protest vote and don’t care what people say about the BNP” to “white right-wingers who want to cast a protest vote and specifically don’t care that people say the BNP are Nazis”.

It’s a shame no one pointed out that whenever the BNP are elected, they turn out to be compeltely useless and do nothing for their constituents. The BNP London Assembly member has largely vanished without trace after being censured for inventing some knife deaths in his constituency in an attmept to demonise black youths.

Chris Huhne was really the pits, even worse than creepy Straw. Disagree about Bonnie Greer.She was pathetic. Why did they have her on? Best voices came from the audience and had Dimbleby been more on the ball he might have asked the panel where they all stood on Palestine? He and others might have been astonished to hear Griffin vehemently defending Israel against the Palestinians as did the anti-semites from Eastern Europe at gthe Tory Party conference and as does G. Fini, the post-fascist fascist leader in Italy who describes himself as a Zionist and supports the Wall that Sharon built.
Ross McGibbin is quite right to charge all three mainstream parties with pandering to the tabloid fear-mongering on immigration. Brown was badly wrong-footed on the Gurkha pensions issuer by an actress. Might she not have been better than Bonnie?
