		<description>It seems to me the greater concern is not whether or not Libya will be double-crossed, or BP loses contracts, but that the truth of what happened - who was responsible for the atrocity - will never be known. And this is where (aside from a few notable exceptions such as Christine Grahame) the Hollyrood and Westminster political establishment are failing to step up.</description>
